We as a group called FINA- Registering the thoughts, have decided to organize a national level essay writing competition for clinical nurses and nursing student. Here are the details of the same.
1 Patient right: A tool for effective nursing care
2. Clinical area shift (transfer between the department): A power play for seniors and authority
3. Strategies to improve nurse’s image and dignity in society
4. Nurse practitioner and Nurse Specialist: A clinical career pathway
5. Privatization of nursing education and standard of clinical care.

Criteria
Phase 1: The entire essay will be evaluated by one
nursing faculty, one language expert and non- medical personnel.
Phase 2: top twenty will be selected for the oral
evaluation (this can be done over telephonic and/or as an oration)
Phase 3: The judges will take a final discussion and
will decide three prizes.
Awards
There
will three prizes separately for English and Hindi essays.
